Returns & Warranties
30 Day Return Policy - return your watch for an exchange, credit note or full refund. The watch must be returned in the orginal Brand packaging and in new, unworn condition. We only ask you let us know reason for return for our information and can process the return immediately we receive it. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer however if you prefer we can send a return label to you and simply deduct $10 from the refund. Postage paid (i.e. express post, international postage is not included in the refund amount).
Parts and bands are specially ordered and not included without prior approval in the 30 Day Return Policy.
AustraliaMy new Casio watch is amazing. The product is real and authentic and comes with a plastic sorta looking case which is not bad. For the $90 dollars I paid for it I got my moneys worth. My delivery came in 5 days, which was not that bad, it does say 1-4 days but depending on the plane timetable for shipping your parcel might get be a day or two late. In overall I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the shipping days, but it all came in pristine condition with no damage at all. So all in all amazing job!

The watch was as expected but the service is something that require improvement. The email id provided in the website was not taking any emails as they were bounced back. Finally when it got shipped, it was delivered to some post office in Qld and was asked pick from there when the delivery should have been to Vic. Anyway the item finally reached and happy with product but not with service. All the follow up were made through PayPal as the supplier was unable to be reached
