We want you to be happy with your watch and therefore we will gladly refund any item for you within 30 days of dispatch. Refund will be for the full price paid, excluding any additional charges (such as express post or gift wrapping) which are non-refundable. We will also exchange within 60 days at no charge other than any difference in purchase price (if lower we will refund the difference).
The item must be returned to us in new and unworn condition and include all components including the watch, tags, box and instruction manual. The purchaser is responsible for the return postage.
All warranty claims can be sent to us or direct to the Australian manufacturer. You will need to include your warranty card or receipt with your watch showing the date of purchase. Click here to email us and we will reply with the appropriate information for your claim.
