Introducing G-SHOCK timepieces as nature-minded as you, made with renewable materials and a focus on sustainability.
We begin with the iconic shape of the GMD-S5600, but in a smaller, slimmer design. Then, we make the key resin components with bio-based resin produced from renewable organic resources, which are expected to help curb CO2 emissions and reduce environmental impact.
We take the focus on nature to the next level with very special cloth bands that feature the work of two innovators — TRUECOTTON and FOOD TEXTILE — to reduce waste and promote ethical sourcing.
The cloth for the bands is made of traceable organic TRUECOTTON so we know which farm and spinning mill it comes from. This not only helps manage environmental impact, but also ensures workers are protected and craftsmanship is high quality throughout the production process.
The bands are coloured with dyes from FOOD TEXTILE, a project to reuse food that would otherwise be discarded to create natural dyes. Soft, earthy colors are brought to life with dyes made with over 90% natural ingredients. The gentle blue grey hue of the GMD-S5600CT-3 band is achieved with a dye extracted from red turnip, while the GMD-S5600CT-4 band is coloured with a dye extracted from sakura cherry blossoms, for a soft pearl pink colour.
Materials that had been destined for the trash are reborn in a beautiful new form — a sustainable, environmentally friendly watch.

Bands and parts are generally 1 week to arrive but can take up to 3 weeks.
Returns & Warranties
30 Day Return Policy - return your watch for an exchange, credit note or full refund. The watch must be returned in the orginal Brand packaging and in new, unworn condition. We only ask you let us know reason for return for our information and can process the return immediately we receive it. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer however if you prefer we can send a return label to you and simply deduct $10 from the refund. Postage paid (i.e. express post, international postage is not included in the refund amount).
Parts and bands are specially ordered and not included without prior approval in the 30 Day Return Policy.
